Context

This online magazine features writing by Judson University students who took ENG357 Creative Writing during Fall semester, 2018, taught by Dr. Sharon Kim. After exploring different techniques and genres in the first half of the semester, students created individual projects of their own design: poetry, short fiction, memoir, drama, and composed prayer, on the subjects of life, love, struggle, and faith most significant to them. This collection offers a glimpse of their work. Each student contributed whatever pieces they wished to share, and the entry titled “Poiema” explains the theme Bible verse for the magazine.
